What information do we collect when you place an order?

When ordering on the Bowl Mill web site, we request your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. If you pay with a personal check no additional information is required. If you pay with a credit card we request the credit card number and expiration date. The information enables us to process your order and notify you of your order status. Once payment is received the order is shipped.


How do we protect customer information?

We utilize a secure server with secure socket layers (SSL), encryption technology, to collect the ordering information, including name, address, phone, email address and credit card numbers and expiration date. The SSI encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Once we receive the ordering information on our secure server, we retain all the information excluding the credit card information.


What information do we collect when you visit our web site?

For each visitor to our web site, our server automatically recognizes only the customer's domain name, not the e-mail address.

We collect only the domain name and aggregate information on what pages the customers access or visit.

We do not utilize "cookies."


Do we disclose the information collected to outside parties?

The Bowl Mill and our parent company, Granville Manufacturing Co. Inc., does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We do not release any statistics about our customer sales, traffic patterns, or related site information to any outside parties.


How do we use the information collected?

We only use the customer information to record and process the order placed.
